Healthy Soup Recipes for : Roasted Tomato Soup

Serves 4

Ingredients

• 2.5kg plum tomatoes (or weight tomato vine ripe tomatoes)

• 2 tbs coconut weight tomato oil

• 1 tin of chopped tomatoes

Method

1. What you'll need to do first: Roast the tomatoes.

2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
